In short: Claude Duet is Anthropic’s proactive agent (research preview, Oct 2026) — it sends a morning brief, watches your connected apps, works in its own cloud computer, and asks before sending, paying, signing or deleting. Claude Code is the agentic coding tool whose mascot is Clawd the crab. Claude is the assistant app they share an account with.
